Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Ben Price Music Production (“the Business”) for the provision of professional music production, mixing, and artist support services.

By engaging any of our services or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Services

Ben Price Music Production provides professional music services including, but not limited to, recording, mixing, production, and advisory support.
The specific scope of work will be confirmed in a written quote or proposal prior to commencement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes or estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
If the Client requests additional work beyond the agreed scope, a revised quote will be provided.

3. Payment

All payments must be made in full before any work begins.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or another approved method as outlined on your invoice.
Failure to complete payment prior to project commencement may result in delays or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued (minus any applicable administrative fees).
Once work has started, all fees are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated to your project immediately upon commencement.

5. Delivery

Project timelines are discussed in advance and delivery times are provided as good-faith estimates.
Ben Price Music Production will always aim to meet agreed deadlines; however, unforeseen circumstances may result in minor schedule changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All original recordings, mixes, and materials created by Ben Price Music Production remain the property of the Business until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the finished work for agreed purposes (such as release or promotion).
The Business retains the right to use excerpts of completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions

Mixing and production services include two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Further revisions may be requested and will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any shared materials, recordings, or business information.
Your work and personal information will not be shared without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ben Price Music Production will take all reasonable care and professional diligence in providing services.
However, the Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

11. Acceptance

By making payment and engaging Ben Price Music Production, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
